Joanna Martin

Joanna Martin's linocut designs have been inspired by nature and our wild coastlines. Sailing to remote islands off Ireland and Scotland has enabled her to observe wildlife close up, in all the elements. Through her art Joanna is able to share these joyful encounters. Working from her garden studio in County Down, Northern Ireland, she carves her designs out of linoleum, rolls them with ink and handprints them.
